Language certificate eligibility as English Language Course in the Master's Degree Program
4.1. Students who wish to apply for the validation of a language certificate (as an English exam included in the Master's degree course) should verify whether their certificate is level B2: productive skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking), up-to-date (validity is 5 years) and included in the following lists:
If so, a request for approval should be submitted by e-mail to scienze.studenti(at)unipd(dot)it, within the indicated times and procedures
ATTENTION: the recognition of the English language certification is valid only for the purposes of the training credits of the study course (as an English exam included in the Master's degree course) and is not valid for the calculation Scholarships and benefits for international students.

The approval will be uploaded to the online student record within the above deadline. In case of a negative outcome, students will be contacted by the relevant office.
4. 3 How to apply:
Students must have a legitimate external language certification (> 4.1).
The request for approval should be submitted by a request through the appropriate platform: it is necessary to log in using e-mail credentials and select Teaching Area and Student Services - student’s academic booklet > Recognition of External Linguistic Certifications and the School to which the student belongs.
The following must be attached to the request, in a single .pdf file:
- the duly completed form;
- front and back copy of the certification;
- the receipt of payment of the tax stamp, paid virtually through PagoPA: make a payment by selecting "DIDA08 - Imposta di bollo - Riconoscimento/Equiparazione" (amount €16) and download the receipt from the same portal.
