A partire dall'a.a. 2024/25 il registro didattico va compilato dall'applicazione “Integrated Timesheet” all’interno del portale “U-web” https://www.unipd.it/u-web

Ricordiamo che:
-  ciascun titolare di insegnamento o parte di insegnamento è tenuto a compilare il registro didattico per le ore che gli sono state assegnate, riportando giornalmente le lezioni svolte, con l’indicazione dei temi trattati;
-  il registro va compilato entro due mesi dal termine delle lezioni;
-  il docente è tenuto a contattare la segreteria della Scuola, all'indirizzo: scienze(at)unipd(dot)it , nel caso in cui non risultino tutti gli insegnamenti previsti da copertura o che ci siano incongruenze sul numero di ore da erogare.

Nel caso di carichi didattici che, per le caratteristiche dell'offerta formativa, non sono presenti in U-web, non sarà possibile compilare il registro on line, i docenti coinvolti dovranno utilizzare il formato cartaceo, previo verifica con la segreteria della Scuola.

Online Teaching Registers, U-Web Manuals

Starting from academic year 2024/25, the teaching register must be completed through the "Integrated Timesheet" application within the "U-web" portal: https://www.unipd.it/u-web

Please note that:

• each holder of a course or part of a course is required to complete the teaching register, recording daily lessons conducted, with an indication of the topics covered;
• the register must be completed within two months of the end of lessons;
• the instructor is required to contact the School's administrative office - mail address: scienze(at)unipd(dot)it -  if not all courses covered by their assignment appear, or if there are discrepancies in the number of hours to be delivered.

In the case of teaching loads that, due to the characteristics of the educational offering, are not present in U-web, it will not be possible to complete the register online; the instructors involved will need to use the paper format, after verification with the School's administrative office.
