The study plan can only be filled in by students enrolled in three-year degrees and by students enrolled in master's degrees with the enrollment year indicated below.

The student who has had one or more years of repetition during the training course, even if in the current academic year is enrolled in the third (for three-year degrees) and in the second (for master's degrees) regular year, will not be able to then fill in the online study plan. To check your enrollment year, you must log in to Uniweb with your USERNAME and PASSWORD and enter the HOME - STUDY PLAN section. The enrollment year appears at the top: if it is the one indicated in the list below, you can fill out the plan online.

If it is not possible to fill in the online plan, the message "Attention: today's date does not fall within any time period in which the completion of the career plan is allowed" will appear. In this case, if you need to submit the plan now, please get in touch with your study plan contact. Please note that for some Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses of the School of Science, from Wednesday 6th November 2024, the procedure for completing and modifying the online study plan will be open. As the compilation windows are opened, the above section will be updated, indicating the degree course and deadlines for each course. Please consult this page which will be constantly updated with active courses.

Completing the study plan is ESSENTIAL in order to complete your booklet online and thus be able to register for the exam sessions. We therefore invite you to do it NOW and not to wait the closeness of the deadline. Should you need to edit your study plan later, you can do it in spring (approximately in March/April).

To start filling out the study plan online, you need to log in to Uniweb (https://uniweb.unipd.it/) with your USERNAME and PASSWORD and enter the HOME - STUDY PLAN section.

The study plan must be completed for the entire training course (3 years for the three-year, 2 years for the master's).

The study plan includes compulsory educational activities and activities chosen by the student, with various possible paths.

When starting the compilation of the plan, the student can opt for an automatic approval plan. In this case, the educational activities chosen  by the student must be selected from those proposed by the study program and the plan thus compiled will be automatically approved by the study program teaching commission.

The student can otherwise opt for an approved plan, which will be evaluated by the study program's teaching committee before being approved. In this case, the educational activities  chosen by the student (FREE CREDITS) can be selected from the courses activated at the whole University of Padova (in the three-year and / or master's degrees, as appropriate). The student is invited to choose activities that are coherent with the training project in order to have a greater probability of approving the plan.

At the end of the compilation of the online study plan it is necessary to:

- click on “CONFERMA PIANO” (otherwise all the changes made will be lost);

- verify that the plan is submitted by clicking on Didactics - Study plan: the date of the last change and the words “Plan chosen via web” must appear.

IMPORTANT: the evaluation of the plans subject to approval will be done online by the Study Program Commission.
